As part of our mission to provide high quality, affordable therapy by offering low cost sessions with one of our interns, Cognitive Reset Counseling is proud to offer a free anxiety assessment and tools session. Offering this type of service for free helps the intern gain more valuable experience to hone their clinical skills when working with anxiety but also affords clients the opportunity to have a highly focused session that directly addresses a common problem that everyone faces in variying degrees; anxiety.
