Stephanie Sanz studied neuroscience and behavior at Columbia University and holds a MS.Ed in Mental Health Counseling from CUNY Hunter College and a certificate in Neurofeedback from New Mind Academy, and is a HeartMath Certified Clinician. She has completed a National Institutes of Health fellowship at SUNY Stonybrook University where she investigated the role of the amyloid beta protein in Alzheimer's disease.

Stephanie is the author of the eBook "4 Things Your Therapist Wants to Say to You About Anxiety but Can't," available on Amazon and the forth coming book on how to reprogram the anxiety in the brain which is scheduled to be released in 2025.

Amanda (pronouns she/her/hers) is a Mental Health Counselor providing remote therapy services in New York. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Mount Saint Mary College and completed her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Marist College.
Amanda’s approach focuses on helping individuals navigate anxiety, daily challenges and life transitions with an understanding the diverse needs clients may have. Client has experience supporting clients through a wide range of concerns. From daily stress and relationship issues, to trauma, long-term mental health conditions, and substance use. She utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as well as other frameworks including strengths-based approaches. She has worked with adolescents through older adults, both individually and in group settings. Amanda is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all her clients.

Sophia March (pronouns she/her/hers) is a Mental Health Counselor in training. She holds a master's degree in Special Education and School Psychology and is pursuing further education to become a licensed therapist. Sophia specializes in creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. Her therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and somatic practices, tailoring treatment to meet each client's unique needs. As a first-generation American, she is passionate about working with minorities and immigrants, with a focus on trauma, diversity, and social justice.
